This trip is conceived to permit you to discover the expressive culture and tradition of the west, south – west, north regions of Cameroon where you should visit peoples and experience the culture of grassfields of Cameroon. These are peoples who are very attached to their roots and ancestral beliefs. They have until date able to been to preserve their authentic cultures from the influence of modern civilizations. You should also have the opportunity to visit Bimbia, which still remind us of the historic slave trade activities which took place on the Cameroon coast in that regrettable but long era of history.

Activity Description
Day 01: Yaounde - Ebogo
Arrival in early morning at Yaounde Nsimalen International airport. Welcome by our guide, welcome and drive to Hotel Merina.  Morning breakfast we start our visit by discovering the National museum, reunification monument, the independence place, Nfandena Omnisports stadium. Lunch at Casa Negra restaurant, we continue by exotic Central market with sellers. Evening we drive to Ebogo village for diner and night.

Day 02: Ebogo Touristic Village 
Morning birding alone Ebogo river and canoeing in Olama River back, discover the big tree (1000 years old estimated). Back to the lodge for breakfast. Trekking in the forest for 02 or 03 hours. We can also meet peoples returning for fishing and discover many trees in forest and medicines plants use for treatment. Back to the village for diner and night at Ebogo lodge

Day 03: Ebogo Touristic Village - Mefou National Park - Ngaoundére
Departure to Mefou National Park. This park was created in 1999. we have lowland gorilla, chimpanzee and other monkeys. We will arrive in Yaounde before 13h00, just to take our lunch at Casa Negra.  we take our train in the evening to Ngaoundére.

Day 04: Ngaoundére – Gouna - Poli 
Arrival in the morning in Ngaoundére. This city is the capital of the Adamawa region, and plays an important economic role in the district. It connects northern Cameroon and Chad with the port of Douala by train, and has cattle and cotton. The city keeps a medieval atmosphere around the Lamido’s palace (Sultanate) despite its economic growth. After a short visit descent from the Adamawa plateau towards the Benoué Valley. A change of climate is felt while going down, and spectacular views of this African plain can be seen. After 20 kms, modern villages around Ngaoundére made of cement and corrugated iron- disappear, and only traditional adobe villages can be seen along the road. Stop for lunch (grilled meat, corn, sweet potatoes, bananas and biscuits) in a local market on the way to Poli. Visit the Bumba (before Hoy) weekly market where many tribes meet to sell and buy products. Arrival to Poli, the capital of Faro, in the afternoon. Dinner under the African sky. Overnight in Motel Municipal Poli .

Day 05: Poli – Mbororo village – Kongle - Poli 
Breakfast and day to make an immersion into the Mbororo and Dowayo tribal cultures. After visiting the Mbororo tribe drive to Kongle, cultural center of the Dowayo tribe, Animistic peasants with some interesting traditions, studied by English Anthropologist Nigel Barley in the 1980s. Overnight in Motel Municipal Poli.

Day 06: Koma village- Tchamba- Poli (2h walk + 4h drive)
Breakfast. Short walk to Tchamba, last visit to the Sultan´s house, near the mosque, and return trip to Poli. Stop in a Mbororo nomadic camp. It is always an amazing experience to meet Mbororo due to their beauty: tall, sophisticated hairstyle and amazing facial and body tattoos. Picnic on the way to Poli, or lunch in a local restaurant depending upon the duration of visits along the way. Overnight in Motel Municipal Poli.

Day 07: Poli - Ngaoundére 
Early breakfast, drive to Ngaoundére. Short stops along the way. It is important to reach the city on time to have a relax lunch and buy some foods and drinks for the train journey. Arrival at the train station by 5:30 p.m.  Night at the train Night Train to Yaoundé.

Day 08:
Yaounde – Batoufam - Bafoussam
 Arrive by train in the morning to Yaounde, after breakfast we move to Bafoussam, we stop at Tonga Market, to drink and continue to Bafoussam, second stop at Batoufam, to discover  Bandjoun chieftaincy and Batoufam. Continue to Bafoussam where we will arrive in the early evening. Diner and night at Hotel le Saré

Day 09: Bafoussam  – Foumban – Bafoussam
Breakfast then departure to Foumban with a stop at Foumbot the former agricultural breadbasket of Cameroon. Here you can find fresh foods and local agricultural products such as a corn, beans, peanuts and sweet potatoes. continue to Foumban, with Bamoun Sultanate, architecture, mixes of local artisans are displayed for sale (you can buy souvenirs). For lunch, the famous ‘Pen Njapshe a Bamoun traditional dish made of corn fufu (Pen) and vegetable ( Njapshe) will be served. Women in the region will enlighten you on this cultural and local meal. Back to Bafoussam for diner and night at  Hotel le Saré

Day 10: Bafoussam - Ekom Nkam waterfalls - Buea
Breakfast and departure to Buea, our first stop is at Baham chiettaincy and his museum. A little walk through out some sacred of Baham’s tradition. Second stop at Ekom falls at Ekom Nkam river with the Greystoke legend. The legend of Greystoke is the place where the part of film Tarzan has been done with French actor ‘’Christophe Lambert”. Arrival at Buea and drive to Capitol hotel for dinner and night.

Day 11: 19.02.2025 : Buea  - Limbé
Departure to Limbé after breakfast, stop at Buea, visit the first political capital of Cameroon, we will also visit external of the German Governor General of Buea under German occupation and the German residence its now Presidential Palace and can’t be photographed. After visit Bimbia. Bimbia is a former slave port, which still retains vestiges of the slave trade. This Bimbia village is situated on the Atlantic coast, since its discovery some years ago, the site where slaves before boarding to Nichols Island and move for unknown destination. Strong memories, second stop is to discover the footsteps of Cameroon mountain where we will find a rainforest eco system on a volcanic mountain.  Seme Beach for diner and night.

Day 12: Limbé 
Full day beach and afternoon visit the Limbé wildlife center. Back to hotel for diner and night.

Day 13: Limbé – Douala
Morning beach and afternoon departure to Douala. Douala it’s the second capital of Cameroon under German occupation. Diner out hotel and night at Jet hotel.
Lodging: Jet Hotel: 03 star - Distance: 60 kms

Day 14: Douala
After breakfast, Discover la pagode (The home of Douala Manga Bell built in 1904), joss district which contains some German colonial buildings, UNESCO has classified the German buildings as a World Heritage Site. Discover the site where the German missionaries and the Germans trading companies sign in 1884 treaties with the Douala Chiefs which gave German legal rights under German laws. Douala was name Kamerunstadt. Lunch out of hotel and back to hotel.
