The Setouchi Shimanami Kaido is a 60km car road connecting Onomichi City in Hiroshima Prefecture and Imabari City in Ehime Prefecture, consisting of the Nishise to Expressway, Ikuchijima Road, and Oshima Road.
This road connects the islands of the Geiyo Islands in the Seto Inland Sea with bridges. All bridges except Shin-Onomichi Bridge are equipped with motorized bicycle paths and roads for bicycles and pedestrians, so you can enjoy cycling while looking at the beauty of the many islands sequence below. Running through the beautiful Seto Inland Sea, you will be filled with an exhilarating feeling. Both of beginners and veterans can enjoy the charm of cycling.
