Activity Description
Day 1 – Windhoek (1 Night)
Welcome to Namibia. Upon arrival you will be transferred to the car hire office to complete rental procedures before meeting our representative for a full travel briefing. Spend the rest of the day relaxing, exploring the capital or preparing for your self-drive adventure.
Accommodation: The Elegant Guesthouse (or similar)
Day 2 & 3 – Sossusvlei (2 Nights)
Travel south through spectacular desert scenery via mountain passes and the iconic settlement of Solitaire. Explore Sossusvlei at sunrise, climb famous dunes such as Dune 45 and visit Dead Vlei for incredible photography. Optional lodge activities include nature drives and sundowners.
Accommodation: Desert Homestead Lodge / Sesriem Oshana Campsites
Day 4 & 5 – Swakopmund (2 Nights)
Drive to the Atlantic coast through the Gaub and Kuiseb Pass. Swakopmund is Namibia’s adventure hub with optional activities such as boat cruises, kayaking, scenic flights, quad biking or visiting Sandwich Harbour.

Day 6 – Damaraland (1 Night)
Journey north along the Skeleton Coast or inland via Uis to the Twyfelfontein area. Explore ancient rock engravings, Organ Pipes and Burnt Mountain while searching for desert-adapted wildlife.
Accommodation: Twyfelfontein Adventure Camp / Mowani Campsite
Day 7 – Etosha National Park South (1 Night)
Drive towards Etosha National Park. Enjoy your first game-viewing experience at famous waterholes such as Okaukuejo. Expect excellent wildlife sightings.
Accommodation: Etosha Village / Okaukuejo Campsite
Day 8 & 9 – Etosha East (2 Nights)
Cross Etosha from west to east, stopping at waterholes along the way. Enjoy sunrise and sunset game drives and exceptional birdlife around the park’s many waterholes.
Accommodation: Mushara Bush Camp / Onguma Tamboti Campsite
Day 10 & 11 – Caprivi Strip (2 Nights)
Travel to Namibia’s lush northeast. Enjoy river cruises, birdwatching, cultural visits and wildlife viewing in Mahango and Buffalo Game Parks.
Accommodation: Shametu River Lodge / Shametu Campsite
Day 12 – 14 – Chobe National Park (3 Nights)
Cross into Botswana and settle near Kasane. Activities include boat cruises on the Chobe River, game drives and a full-day excursion to Victoria Falls.

Day 15 – Makgadikgadi Pans (1 Night)

Day 16 & 17 – Okavango Delta (2 Nights)
Fly from Maun into the Okavango Delta for a fully inclusive safari experience. Enjoy mokoro rides, guided walks, boat safaris and exceptional wildlife viewing.
Accommodation: Moremi Crossing (or similar)
Day 18 – Central Kalahari (1 Night)
Return to Maun, collect your vehicle and continue towards the Central Kalahari region. Relax with a sunset drive or cultural experience.
Accommodation: Symponia Guesthouse / Campsite
Day 19 – Windhoek Departure
Drive back to Windhoek or directly to the international airport. Optional overnight in Windhoek recommended before long-haul flights.
